The rooms are simple, light and stylish, with an emphasis on guest comfort (fine Egyptian cotton sheets, thick fluffy towels and spacious bathrooms).

The guest accommodation is on the first floor, so all bedrooms and bathrooms offer great views of the gardens and countryside.

Both double rooms have a flat screen LCD TV with DVD and CD player, tea and coffee facilities, hairdryer, wine glasses and corkscrew. The bathrooms are stocked with quality towels, waffle bathrobes, and toiletries.

The East room has a kingsize sleigh bed and a large adjacent private bathroom with huge cast iron rolltop bath.

The West room has a double bed with antique headboard, and a modern adjacent private bathroom with bath and 'shower over'.

(A small twin-bedded room is sometimes available on request for family or group use.)

The guest sitting room is elegant and spacious, offering more lovely views of the garden, a woodburning stove, comfortable sofas and a wide selection of books and guides to Cornwall.

Prices range from £35 - £50 per person per night, with single supplement from £15 per night.
