The bedrooms and bathrooms are simple and stylish, and all offer great views of the gardens and countryside.

The guest accommodation is on the first floor and consists of two double rooms, each with adjacent private bathroom.

One double has a kingsize sleigh bed and a large bathroom with large cast iron rolltop bath.

The other double has a double bed with antique headboard and a bathroom with modern 'bath and shower over'.

Tea/coffee trays, TV with Freeview and DVD player, clock radio, toiletries, wine glasses and a corkscrew are provided.

(Another small twin-bedded room is sometimes available on request for family or group use.)

Our breakfasts have an AA award, and we use the best ingredients we can find, mainly organic or free-range, from local suppliers wherever possible.   

The guest sitting room is elegant and spacious, offering lovely views of the garden, a woodburning stove, comfortable sofas and a wide selection of books and guides to Cornwall.

Prices range from £40 - £45 per person per night, with single supplement from £10 per night.
