Drym Farm is a fine Grade II listed house, with an AA 5 Star rating, set in a sunny and secluded valley.

Said to have been built for the mistress of a local aristocrat, it has over 2 acres of gardens stocked with exotic plants, roses, camellias and ancient apple trees.

Drym itself is a tiny hamlet of a few houses spread along a typically Cornish deep flower-lined lane.

Although rural and peaceful, Drym Farm is ideally positioned between the north and south coasts, and makes a great base to tour from.

Within 10 miles radius, you can visit the wonderful beaches, galleries and restaurants of  St Ives, Penzance, Marazion (St Michael’s Mount), Porthleven and Helston.

You only have to go a little further afield to explore the Lizard Peninsula or the far west of Cornwall leading to Land’s End.

Within one hour’s drive, you can reach places as varied as the major surfing beaches around Newquay, the quiet   creeks of the Helford River, the spectacular valley gardens of Trebah and Heligan and, of course, the world famous Eden Project.
